MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Xicala Joven mezcal
1/2 oz. Triple sec
1/2 oz. Agave nectar
1 oz. Fresh lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well, serve on the rocks and garnish with a lime wedge and salted rim if desired.

OAXACAN
NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS

1 oz. Xicala Añejo mezcal
1 oz. Luxardo bitters
1 oz. Sweet vermouth

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice
2. Stir vigorously, strain & serve on the rocks
3. Garnish with Grapefruit Peel

XICALA
MULE
INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Xicala Reposado mezcal
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 oz. Ginger beer
1/2 oz. Agave nectar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mezcal, lime, agave, and shake well. Serve on the rocks and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge and mint.

BLOODY MARIA
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz. Xicala Joven mezcal
3 oz. Tomato juice
1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon
1 dash hot sauce, or to taste
1 pinch celery salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with lemon wedge, celery stalk, and/or pickle spear. Rim glass with Tajin for added flavor.

OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Xicala Añejo mezcal
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
1/2 oz agave nectar or sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir ingredients in a large tumbler. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with an orange wedge or peel.

OAXACAN
ESPRESSO MARTINI
INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Xicala Reposado mezcal
1 oz. Irish créme
1.5 oz. Cold brew or Espresso

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans.
